After fixing the issue with our FTP servers, all files were reprocessed, and our data insertion system has now processed all the readings coming from those files.
As stated before, no data was lost, and all data was processed by Saturday at 23:00 CEST.

After fixing the issue with our FTP servers, all files have been reprocessed, and currently our data insertion system is processing all the readings coming from those files. Due to the unusual spike of data, you might experience delays in seeing the data in the system, but this situation will normalise over the next few hours, as all data is processed.
As stated before, no data will be lost, and all your data from the past 2 days will be available in the system by Monday, as all readings from all the impacted gateways are digested over the weekend.
We have fixed the issue affecting our FTP servers, which stopped processing any files that were received. We are now working to reprocess all files that were discarded while the issue lasted.
No data will be lost, and all the readings will be digested during the next hours.
We are currently investigating an incident, which seems to be affecting our FTP Servers with top priority.
